SME Toolkit Training Programs

With about 3,500 registered members on the SME Toolkit, the training programs commenced in May, 2009.  The training will be in two(2) categories namely:

a. End Users

The end user’s training for individuals wishing to optimise their use of the SME Toolkit took place on the 13th & 14th May, 2009 . There was practical session with case study to illustrate the use of some of the templates. The CD version of the Toolkit was given to each participant and a certificate of participation was issued. The date for the next training for End Users will be communicated later.

 b. Toolkit Training Partners

The TTP training is for individuals /firms wishing to train others on the effective use of the SME Toolkit. Training will cover all the major elements of the toolkit but in addition participants will “teach” during the session. They will be provided with online support post training in order to help them achieve their training goals. The condition for renew (annually) is that 50 users at least must be trained yearly. Each TTP participants will be given 20 CDs and will be invited to the annual Trainer’s Forum.

Duration: three (3) days

Fee:     N45,000 per participant this includes Tea, Lunch, training materials and 20CDs

Venue: HP–MAP Centre, Pan African University, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The training will no longer hold on the 27th - 29th of July, 2009. The new date for the training will be communicated later.
