SME Toolkit Training of Trainers (ToT)

The SME Toolkit Training of Trainers commenced with the selection of 17 training partners from over 750 applications received. The objective of conducting the ToT was to partner with other training organizations in deploying the SME Toolkit training to end users in other geo-political locations besides Lagos where EDC conducts its own training programs. Two master trainers from the IFC SME Toolkit global team conducted the 3-day training for two different batches. The agenda for the training enabled each of the participants to make presentations and take roles in training practices using the SME Toolkit templates as a platform. Two IFC representatives (from Nigeria and Liberia) also participated as observers and were allowed to give their comments and contributions. The 17 training partners were issued certificates of participation and were sent forth with a list of expectations as SME Toolkit trainers. See pictures of the workshop.
